Trading in cryptocurrencies involves a high degree of risk. Prices of cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile and may be affected by external factors such as financial regulatory events, market trends, or political events. We do not provide investment advice, and you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ruto AI, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ruto AI, its independent contractors, service providers, and consultants, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services; (b) any User Content or Feedback you provide; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any rights of another; or (e) your conduct in connection with the Services.

These Terms regarding the use of your data are governed by the laws of Nigeria, specifically the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and other applicable regulations. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
